Our whole team here at Cedar Rock Auto Repair & Sales believes in providing honest and professional vehicle and customer service for our customers. We believe in  only repairing what needs to be repaired and don't try to up sell you anything you don't need. When your vehicle is here for a repair and if we notice another issue that needs to be addressed, we will let you know what the issue is what the severity is and discuss with you what your options are. Then you will be able to make an informed decision as to how you would like to proceed. Before we get started on the reported repair issue for your vehicle we perform a road test first to assist in diagnosing and verifying the issue. After the road test the vehicle is then brought into the service garage, put on a hoist and additional diagnostics are performed to determine and verify what needs to be repaired. Some times the reported issue is not what is wrong with the vehicle. If this happens we will contact you and let you know what we found and give you an estimate on what it will cost to repair. We are a NAPA Car Care Center and warranty our parts 12 months or 12,000 miles nation wide so, even if your out of town and have a problem you can go to any NAPA Car Care Center in the USA for warranty service.
